Polly has extensive experience in teaching singing and beginner to early grade piano. Following her studies (first study singing, piano, and oboe) on a scholarship at Chetham’s School of Music, she graduated with a First-Class Honours Degree in Classical Vocal Performance from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music, which also included an Instrumental & Vocal Teaching qualification. Additionally, she trained in Musical Theatre at MOUNTVIEW Academy of Theatre Arts, where she was awarded a scholarship for a year.

This diverse training (which Polly continues to proactively top up alongside her teaching) equips her with the skills to understand and navigate the voice, allowing her to effectively share her knowledge with a large roster of students. Her teaching experience spans private lessons, numerous schools, agencies, and stage school environments – covering all ages from 4 to teenagers, as well as some older students in their fifties, each with a mixture of different aims.
